I paid 931.00 for them to resurface my brake rotors, new pads and replace my heater core line. Everything was great when I picked up my vehicle, only to realize hours later I had no headlights at all. You would think with an inspection they would have noticed this.

Most recently Klipper did an oil change on my car. Each time I have had my car serviced by a Klipper mechanic I have been happy with the work. What I most appreciate is that they don't try to over sell services or products to me. I highly recommend them.
I called Klipper, spoke to Jonathan, and they got me in on a days notice to repair my daughter’s truck AC. We were pressed for time as she was heading out of state for college the following day. They got me in and had the truck repaired within an hour. I’ll be back to Klipper

Unfortunately, I didn't share that same experience.* I was updated on only ONE of the three compressors that were incompatible before you ordered the fourth.* Your analytics of my ratings scores are completely wrong. I have left 360 reviews which includes star ratings that didn't have a written review. 84% are 4 or 5 stars, and 5% are 3 stars which I would call neutral. Therefore, only 11% are negative. So, I'm not sure how you can say I "enjoy giving small businesses bad reviews." Also, you and I have no way of knowing whether a business is "small."* Of course it was MY car you serviced. Not sure what your point is.* I don't claim to know more than your shop. I just know you had my car for more than a week.Regards,John**** ORIGINAL REVIEW ****We chose Klipper Automotive based on a referral from another shop and the great reviews. However, our experience was terrible. I dropped off my car on Tuesday July 11 for a Wednesday July 12 appointment for A/C service. It wasn't done until July 20. It needed a compressor and the shop indicated that this part was "rare" and "unique," and that's why it took so long. I started looking around and found more than one parts store that had the part and one was even in stock in Tucson. So, someone has incorrect information. They did comp some of the labor, but that still doesn't change the fact that they had the car for over a week.
This was my first visit which was for an oil change. The appointment and check-in process went smoothly. I waited for the vehicle and it was ready when promised (45 min). My only concern is that I was quoted a semi-synthetic oil when I made the appointment and the service used a full synthetic oil which was $12 more expensive. Lesson learned - confirm the actual service details when checking in.
Needed to know if my car is safe to drive. They assured me and told me the sensation I am feeling is repairable. Appreciate their courtesy and honesty. They completed the repair and installed lower control arms. Thank you very much. I will definitely use your services again.

I love Klippers! The check in is easy, the people are nice and helpful. I got in early for my 11 o'clock appt. They checked all the fluid levels and my wipers. All good. John is very friendly and down to earth and I like him.
Upfront staff is always so professional, friendly & knowledgeable. They said service would take about an hour & they were pretty much right on time. I would not take my car anywhere else. No hidden costs. Very reasonable.

Had a good experience with Klippers automotive. The staff were really friendly and provided answers to my questions. They were able to take care of all the services I asked on my truck except one. And that was tire alignment, my truck was just a tad bit to big to fit on their rack. Thankfully they were able to refer me to someone else that could. Really appreciate the job you guys did on my truck! 😁👍
I needed my engine replaces, I looked at lots of different places and got quotes on what that would cost. Klipper Automotive, gave me the most affordable options, and financing opportunities on top of that. They got my vehicle back to me pretty quickly, and so far my vehicle is running smoothly. They communicated with me often, and answered all of my questions. I am very grateful for the experience I had with them, and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.
This will be a very candid honest review and I was in no way coerced into any of my comments.This was my third time utilizing this business for the care of my vehicles, and while it is almost 50 minutes away from my house I gave it a chance because of what I thought this business stood for.The owner and the front desk staff have all been very open and honest to everyone I have witnessed them engage with during my visits and that is something I respect from a business and people in general. Absolutely fantastic service!! I have nothing but praises to sing in regards to this wonderful business. I am a single woman and as most single women do I worry when I take my car to a mechanic that I'm not going to get a straight shooter. I do know enough about cars to know when I'm being oversold or outright lied to but I never felt that for one second at Klipper!! Jonathan took exceptional care and I feel if I had the repairs my car needed at another repair shop I would have paid twice as much.
