Unfortunately, I didn't share that same experience.* I was updated on only ONE of the three compressors that were incompatible before you ordered the fourth.* Your analytics of my ratings scores are completely wrong. I have left 360 reviews which includes star ratings that didn't have a written review. 84% are 4 or 5 stars, and 5% are 3 stars which I would call neutral. Therefore, only 11% are negative. So, I'm not sure how you can say I "enjoy giving small businesses bad reviews." Also, you and I have no way of knowing whether a business is "small."* Of course it was MY car you serviced. Not sure what your point is.* I don't claim to know more than your shop. I just know you had my car for more than a week.Regards,John**** ORIGINAL REVIEW ****We chose Klipper Automotive based on a referral from another shop and the great reviews. However, our experience was terrible. I dropped off my car on Tuesday July 11 for a Wednesday July 12 appointment for A/C service. It wasn't done until July 20. It needed a compressor and the shop indicated that this part was "rare" and "unique," and that's why it took so long. I started looking around and found more than one parts store that had the part and one was even in stock in Tucson. So, someone has incorrect information. They did comp some of the labor, but that still doesn't change the fact that they had the car for over a week.
